After the breakfast at the hotelstart the tour and have a first stop near the Arch of Charents from where, the beautiful panoramic view is opened. After head to Geghard Monastery. The monastery originally named Ayrivank having the meaning "the Monastery of the Cave” is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with enhanced protection status. Later head to Garni Temple, which history goes back to 1st AD. After return to Yerevan. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.

Payment Policy

  • Booking Amount: ₹50,000 per booking (non-refundable) to confirm the package, subject to availability.
  • Second Payment: 50% of the remaining balance to be paid within the timeline communicated by Airbender Holiday Pvt. Ltd.
  • Final Payment: 100% of the remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
  • Failure to complete the payment on time may result in automatic cancellation, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
  • Package prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with the required advance payment.
  • Total Package Cost: ₹2,60,000
  • Advance to Confirm Booking: ₹50,000
  • Balance Payable: ₹2,10,000 (as per the above schedule)

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp to Airbender Holiday Pvt. Ltd.
  • Booking amount of ₹50,000 is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • 45 days or more before departure: Booking amount will be forfeited.
  • 30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • Less than 15 days before departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • Visa fees, flight tickets, travel insurance, and any non-refundable services are non-refundable once processed.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges and supplier charges.

Terms & conditions

  • Booking confirmation is subject to seat, hotel, transport, and service availability.
  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with the required advance payment.
  • A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity from the travel date is mandatory.
  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate/Government. Airbender Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for visa rejection, delay, or refusal.
  • Any increase in airfare, hotel rates, fuel surcharge, government taxes, visa fees, or currency fluctuations after booking will be borne by the customer.
  • Hotel check-in/check-out timings are as per the respective hotel's policy.
  • Sightseeing and transfers will operate strictly as per the confirmed itinerary. Vehicles are not at disposal unless specifically mentioned.
  • Unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, transfers, or early departure will not be refunded.
  • Airbender Holiday Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, technical issues, or any other force majeure event.
  • Guests are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, passports, visas, travel insurance (if applicable), and any other documents required by the destination country.
  • Any damage caused by the guest to hotel property, transport, or other facilities must be paid directly by the guest.
  • Airbender Holiday Pvt. Ltd. acts only as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, and other suppliers, and is not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or service deficiencies.
  • Any dispute arising out of the booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
  • By making the booking and payment, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Visa Requirements.
