Payment Policy
50% Advance Payment at the time of booking confirmation.
50% Balance Payment must be paid 15 days before the travel date.
For bookings made within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Bookings are subject to availability until the advance payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable as per the applicable supplier cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before arrival: 10% cancellation charges may apply.
15–29 days before arrival: 25% cancellation charges may apply.
7–14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charges may apply.
0–6 days before arrival: 100% cancellation charges may apply.
No-show or early departure: 100% cancellation charges may apply.
Any cancellation or amendment charges will be subject to the confirmed hotel, speedboat transfer, and excursion provider policies.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the relevant cancellation charges.

Any additional expenses arising from flight delays, missed transfers, or changes in travel plans may be charged separately.
