DAY 1 - HANOI ARRIVAL AND HALF DAY CITY TOUR

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, guests will be warmly welcomed by the local English-speaking guide and transferred to the hotel for check-in. After some time to relax and freshen up, proceed for a half-day Hanoi city tour covering key attractions such as the Ho Chi Minh Complex (outside view), One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, and the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake.

DAY 2 - HANOI - HALONG BAY DAY CRUISE WITH LOCAL LUNCH

After breakfast at the hotel in Hanoi, proceed for a scenic drive to Ha Long Bay, approximately 2.5 to 3 hours via expressway. Upon arrival, board a Day Cruise and begin your journey through the spectacular limestone karsts and emerald waters of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy a delicious local lunch onboard while cruising. The program typically includes a cave visit (such as Sung Sot Cave or similar), kayaking or bamboo boat ride, and a stop at Titop Island for beach relaxation or panoramic views (as per cruise itinerary). After the cruise, disembark and return to Hanoi by evening. Upon arrival in Hanoi, enjoy a delightful Indian dinner at a restaurant before heading back to the hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 3 - ARRIVE DA NANG AND VISIT TO MARBLE MOUNTAIN -COCONUT JUNGLE - HOI AN CITY - LATERN BOAT

Upon arrival at Da Nang International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to begin your sightseeing tour starting with the famous Marble Mountains, where you can explore limestone caves, ancient pagodas, and enjoy panoramic city views. Later, proceed to Cam Thanh Coconut Village for an exciting basket boat ride through the scenic coconut jungle and experience local village life. Continue to the charming Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO-listed heritage site known for its beautifully preserved architecture and colorful lantern streets. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful lantern boat ride on the Thu Bon River, where you can release a floating lantern and admire the magical night views before returning to Da Nang for overnight stay.

DAY 4 - BA NA HILLS AND GOLDEN BRIDGE

After breakfast, proceed for an exciting excursion to Ba Na Hills, one of the most famous attractions near Da Nang. Enjoy a scenic ride on one of the world’s longest cable cars, offering breathtaking views of mountains and lush forests. Visit the iconic Golden Bridge, spectacularly held by giant stone hands, where you can take stunning photos and enjoy the cool mountain atmosphere. Explore the French Village, gardens, and enjoy leisure time at Fantasy Park before returning to your hotel in Da Nang for overnight stay.

DAY 5 - ARRIVE HO CHI MINH CITY AND HALF DAY CITY TOUR

Transfer to the airport in Da Nang for your morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City, departing at 7.10 AM and arriving at 8:30 AM. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and proceed for a Half-Day Ho Chi Minh City Tour, visiting key attractions such as Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica, Central Post Office, Reunification Palace (outside/inside as per schedule), and the bustling Ben Thanh Market.

DAY 6 - CU CHI TUNNEL - MEKONG DELTA FULL DAY TOUR WITH LOCAL LUNCH

After breakfast at the hotel, guests begin the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta Full-Day Tour, offering an immersive experience of southern Vietnam’s history, culture, and natural beauty. The day starts with a visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive underground network used during the Vietnam War, where guests can learn about wartime history and explore some of the safe tunnel sections. Next, travel to the Mekong Delta, the “Rice Bowl of Vietnam,” and enjoy a scenic boat ride along rivers and canals, passing through local villages, floating markets, and lush green landscapes. A delicious lunch is served at a local restaurant during the tour. The day concludes with dinner before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 7 - DEPARTURE DAY

At the scheduled time, you will be transferred to Tan Son Nhat International Airport by private vehicle for your onward flight, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free departure.

  • Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.

  • Anything not mentioned in the inclusions list
  • 5% GST and 2% TCS or as applicable to the total amount

Cancellation charges per person

Any time cancellation before 30 days - 27,000 will be charged.

From 14 to 30 days 50% cancellation of the total invoice value.

From 7 to 13 days 75% cancellation of the total invoice value.

From 01 to 7 days 100% cancellation of the total invoice value.

Terms & Conditions

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
