DAY 1 - HANOI ARRIVAL AND HALF DAY CITY TOUR

Upon arrival at Hanoi, you will be warmly welcomed at the airport and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After some rest, proceed for a half-day city tour exploring the highlights of the capital. Visit the historic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the cultural landmark Temple of Literature, and enjoy the lively atmosphere around Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter streets. After the tour, return to the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

DAY 2 - NINH BINH CITY TOUR , HOA LU-TAM COC WITH LOCAL LUNCH

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Ninh Binh, often called “Halong Bay on land.” Visit the ancient capital Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, where you can explore historic temples and learn about Vietnam’s early dynasties. Later, enjoy a relaxing boat ride through the scenic limestone karsts and rice fields of Tam Coc. A delicious local lunch will be served during the tour before returning to Hanoi in the evening.

DAY 3 - HALONG BAY 4* DAY CRUISE WITH LOCAL LUNCH

After breakfast, depart from Hanoi for a scenic drive to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its emerald waters and thousands of limestone islands. Board a comfortable 4-star day cruise and enjoy sailing through the breathtaking karst landscapes. During the cruise, visit beautiful caves and enjoy activities such as kayaking or sightseeing while taking in the stunning views. A delicious local lunch will be served on board before returning to Hanoi in the evening.

DAY 4 - HANOI TO SAPA ARRIVAL - CAT CAT VILLAGE WITH LOCAL LUNCH

After breakfast, travel from Hanoi to the beautiful mountain town of Sapa. Upon arrival, proceed to visit the picturesque Cat Cat Village, home to the Hmong ethnic community, where you can explore traditional houses, local handicrafts, and scenic rice terraces surrounded by mountains. Enjoy local meals during the tour and experience the peaceful cultural atmosphere of the village before checking in to your hotel for an overnight stay in Sapa.

DAY 5 - FANSIPAN LEGEND - SAPA TO HANOI WITH LOCAL LUNCH

After breakfast, visit Fansipan Legend, where you will take the scenic cable car ride to Fansipan Mountain, the highest peak in Indochina, also known as the “Roof of Indochina.” Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and clouds from the summit. After the visit, enjoy a local lunch and then begin the journey back from Sapa to Hanoi. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax for the evening.

DAY 6 - DEPARTURE DAY

After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Hanoi. You will be transferred to Noi Bai International Airport for your onward journey, carrying wonderful memories of your Vietnam trip. Safe travels!

Terms & Conditions

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
