DAY 1 - ARRIVAL -- Beijing

Arrival in Beijing and warm welcome by local representative. Meet and transfer to hotel in a private vehicle. Assistance provided during hotel check in process. Free time to relax after the journey. Overnight stay at hotel in Beijing.

DAY 2 - Great Wall of china-Beijing

Breakfast at hotel to start the day. Proceed to visit the Great Wall at Juyong Pass. Visit Jade Factory to experience local craftsmanship. Photo stop at the Olympic Stadium exterior. Return to hotel and overnight stay in Beijing.

DAY 3 - Forbidden city -- Beijing

Breakfast at hotel in the morning. Visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Explore the beautiful Summer Palace complex. Free time for shopping at Hongqiao Market. Overnight stay at hotel in Beijing.

DAY 4 - Beijing-Shanghai

Breakfast at hotel and check out. Transfer to airport or train station for onward journey. Travel to Shanghai by flight or high speed train. Arrival in Shanghai and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Shanghai.

DAY 5 - shanghai

Breakfast at hotel in the morning. Visit People’s Square and nearby attractions. Visit Silk Factory to learn about silk production. Explore Yuyuan Bazaar and Jinmao Tower 88th Floor. Visit Bund area and overnight stay in Shanghai

DAY 6 - shanghai

Breakfast at hotel to begin the day. Visit Jade Buddha Temple for sightseeing. Explore AP Market for shopping. Free time at Nanjing Road shopping street. Overnight stay at hotel in Shanghai.

DAY 7 - DEPARTURE- Shanghai

Breakfast at hotel and check out. Transfer to airport in a private vehicle. Assistance provided for departure formalities. Board return flight from Shanghai. End of tour services.

  • Optional tours or activities not mentioned in the itinerary.

  • Any increase in airfare, visa fees, or taxes imposed by authorities.

  • Additional sightseeing or vehicle usage other than mentioned in the itinerary.

  • Costs arising due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, or political disturbances.

  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the Inclusions section.

  • Extra luggage (airline 7kg only provided)

Booking & Cancellations policy

Booking & Payment :

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.

Full payment is due 45 days before departure.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (processing fee applies

Cancellation policy :

Visa Fees: If the Chinese visa has already been processed, the visa cost (approx. ₹12,000) is non-refundable.

Airline Tickets: If the airline allows cancellation due to war or force majeure, the full airfare will be refunded. If airline tickets are non-refundable per their policy, the loss will be borne by the traveler.

Our Cancellation: If we cancel the trip due to war, natural disaster, or force majeure, the entire package cost will be fully refunded.

Flight Delays & Changes

All flights are subject to airline policies. We are not liable for delays, rescheduling, or extra costs beyond the control of the tour operator.

 

If you cancel the trip: 

  • 45 days or more before departure – Cancellation charges: 20% of the package cost.
  • 30 – 44 days before departure – Cancellation charges: 40% of the package cost.

  • 15 – 29 days before departure – Cancellation charges: 60% of the package cost.

  • 7 – 14 days before departure – Cancellation charges: 80% of the package cost.

  • Less than 7 days before departure / No show – 100% cancellation 

Terms & Conditions

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below :

If we change or cancel your holiday

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint
If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
