After breakfast, depart from Almaty for a full-day mountain excursion. Visit the spectacular Charyn Canyon and explore the famous Valley of Castles, with time for sightseeing and photography. Payment Policy

Package Cost: ₹53,800 per person, inclusive of GST.
Booking Confirmation Amount: ₹25,000 per person is required to confirm the booking for the group.
Final Payment: The complete balance amount must be cleared at least 12 days before departure.
Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the required advance and availability of hotels, transportation and other services.
Any additional cost arising from guest-requested changes after confirmation will be charged separately.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the number of days remaining before the date of departure:
45 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package cost.
44–31 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
30–16 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost.
15 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost.
No-show: 100% of the total package cost.
Any airfare, visa, travel insurance, activity tickets, cable car tickets or other non-refundable bookings, once issued or confirmed, will be non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation period.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable components.

Important Notes

The package is based on 7 PAX travelling together and the quoted rate of ₹53,800 per person is applicable for this group size.
Accommodation is planned in a 4★ Standard Hotel in Almaty and a standard guesthouse in Saty Village, subject to availability.
Saty Village is a rural mountain destination; accommodation there may have simpler facilities than a standard city hotel.
Day 04 involves a long mountain excursion covering Charyn Canyon, Kolsai Lake and Saty Village. Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are recommended.
Access to Kaindy Lake, Kolsai Lake and other mountain areas may involve local transport or 4×4 vehicles depending on road and weather conditions. Any such service not included in the package will be payable separately.
Cable car operations at Kok Tobe and Shymbulak are subject to weather conditions, operational schedules and maintenance.
Sightseeing order may be changed by the tour operator depending on weather, road conditions, local regulations and operational requirements.
Guests should carry a valid passport and all required travel documents.
Personal expenses, optional activities and services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions are excluded.
Check-in and check-out timings will be as per the respective hotel's policy.
Guests are advised to carry warm clothing and suitable footwear for mountain excursions, especially for Medeu, Shymbulak, Kolsai, Kaindy and Charyn Canyon.
Any expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, road closures, natural calamities, flight disruptions or government restrictions will be borne by the guest.
The itinerary is subject to operational feasibility and may be modified without reducing the overall sightseeing experience.
GST is included in the quoted package price.
Any additional government tax, surcharge or cost introduced after booking will be payable separately where applicable.
