After breakfast, proceed to Medeu, the famous high-altitude skating rink surrounded by the Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. Continue to Shymbulak Mountain Resort and enjoy the cable car ride with breathtaking mountain views. Spend leisure time at the resort before returning to Almaty. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Payment Policy

Booking Amount: ₹5,000 per person as a non-refundable token advance at the time of booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance amount must be paid at least 12 days prior to the date of departure.
Booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment.
In case of cancellation, the token advance is non-refundable and cancellation charges will apply as per the booking terms.
Any increase in airfare, hotel rates, taxes, currency fluctuation or other supplier charges after confirmation may be payable additionally, if applicable.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrival, flight delays or early departure.

Cancellation Policy

Booking/token advance of ₹5,000 per person is strictly non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the actual charges levied by hotels, transport providers and other suppliers.
Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation 8–14 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation 0–7 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
No refund for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrival, early departure or voluntary cancellation during the tour.
Flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance and other non-refundable services will be charged separately as per the respective supplier's cancellation policy.
In case of no-show, 100% of the package cost will be non-refundable.
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges and supplier penalties.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be considered effective only after confirmation from Airbender Holidays.
Cancellation/refund terms may vary depending on hotel, airline, transport and activity booking conditions.

Important Notes

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel and should have sufficient blank pages.
Guests are requested to carry their passport, visa documents (if applicable), travel insurance and other required travel documents.
Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the hotel's standard timings.
Early check-in / late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.
Sightseeing will be covered as per the itinerary and vehicle availability.
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, local restrictions or operational requirements, while keeping the major sightseeing places unchanged wherever possible.
Cable car operations at Shymbulak/Kok Tobe are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Entrance fees, activity charges and optional experiences not specifically mentioned under Inclusions will be payable directly by the guest.
Any personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, room service, minibar, telephone calls and tips are not included.
Guests are requested to follow the local laws, hotel rules and instructions of the tour representative/driver.
Any additional services requested during the tour will be charged separately.
No refund will be provided for unused services or sightseeing due to personal reasons.
Air tickets and flight schedules are subject to airline availability and may change without prior notice.
In case of flight delays, cancellations, bad weather, road closures or circumstances beyond our control, additional expenses, if any, will be borne by the guest.
The final itinerary, hotel and vehicle arrangements are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and the required payment is received.
Anything not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions” will be considered excluded.
