Payment Policy
50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 12 days before the journey date.
For bookings made within 12 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Booking confirmation is subject to hotel, transport and sightseeing availability.
Flight tickets, if included/issued separately, are subject to applicable airline payment and fare rules.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date of receiving the written cancellation request.
30 days or more before departure: Cancellation charges as applicable to confirmed hotel, transport and other services.
15–29 days before departure: Up to 50% of the total package cost may be charged.
8–14 days before departure: Up to 75% of the total package cost may be charged.
Within 7 days of departure / No-show: 100% cancellation charges may apply.
Once flight tickets are issued, airline cancellation/reissue charges will apply separately.
Supplier-specific cancellation policies may apply depending on the services booked.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing or early departure.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after receiving refunds from the respective service providers.

Vehicle will be provided as per itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned.
Final vouchers will be shared after full payment and booking confirmation.
