  • 5 Nights accommodation in selected 3-star hotel on double-sharing basis for 1 couple (2 adult)

  • Private vehicle for all mentioned sightseeing and airport transfers.
  • All sightseeing entry fees.
  • Kok Tobe cable car ride.
  • Medeu & Shymbulak excursion with cable car ride.
  • All applicable toll taxes, parking charges and driver expenses.
  • Airport pickup and drop-off in Almaty.
  • All Taxes, GST , TCS included.

Exclusions

  • International/domestic airfare, unless specifically mentioned in the package.
  • Visa fees and visa processing charges, if applicable.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Lunches and dinners other than the complimentary Day 01 dinner.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, minibar and room service.
  • Any additional sightseeing or activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Entrance fees other than those specifically mentioned as included.
  • Adventure activities, photography charges or optional activities.
  • Tips and gratuities for driver/guide.
  • Any 4WD/local vehicle charges required for Kaindy Lake or other restricted-access areas, if applicable.
  • Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharge, entrance fees or transportation costs after booking.
  • Expenses arising due to weather conditions, road closures, flight delays or other circumstances beyond the operator's control.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned under Inclusions.

Payment Policy

  • ₹50,000 advance is required at the time of booking.
  • ₹80,000 of the total package cost must be paid after booking confirmation to secure hotels, transportation and other services.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 12 days before the date of departure.
  • Flight tickets, if included, are subject to the airline's payment and ticketing deadlines.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of the required payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before departure: Cancellation charges will be as per actual hotel, airline and service-provider policies.
  • 15–30 days before departure: Up to 50% of the package cost may be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Within 14 days of departure: 75% of the package cost may be charged.
  • Within 7 days of departure / no-show: 100% cancellation charges may apply.
  • Once flight tickets are issued, the airline's cancellation and rebooking rules will apply separately.
  • Any non-refundable hotel, transportation, sightseeing, permit or other supplier charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services, voluntary changes, late arrival or early departure.
  • Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking date, hotel policy, airline fare conditions and supplier terms.

Important Notes

  • Passport should generally have at least 6 months validity from the date of travel, with sufficient blank pages.
  • The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather, road conditions, local regulations and operational circumstances, especially for Charyn Canyon, Kolsai Lake and Kaindy Lake.
  • Kaindy Lake and other mountain areas may require local/4WD transportation depending on road conditions; additional charges, if applicable, will be payable by the guest unless specifically included.
  • Cable-car operations at Kok Tobe and Shymbulak are subject to weather and operational conditions.
  • Hotel check-in/check-out timings will be as per the hotel's standard policy.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
  • Room allocation is subject to hotel availability. Honeymoon/romantic room decorations or special arrangements should be requested in advance and may carry additional charges.
  • Guests are advised to carry comfortable walking shoes, warm clothing and appropriate footwear for mountain excursions.
  • Any personal expenses, optional activities or services not specifically mentioned under Inclusions will be charged separately.
  • Guests should carry their passport, travel documents, insurance documents and booking vouchers throughout the journey.
  • The company will not be responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by flight delays, weather conditions, road closures, natural events or circumstances beyond its control.
  • Rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with the required advance payment.
