Exclusions

International/domestic flight tickets unless specifically mentioned in the package.
Visa charges, travel insurance and any documentation charges.
Lunch and dinners other than the complimentary Day 1 dinner.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, minibar and shopping.
Entrance fees, activities or attractions not specifically mentioned under inclusions.
Any additional cable car rides or adventure activities not mentioned.
Tips, porter charges and expenses arising due to personal reasons.
Any cost caused by flight delays, cancellations, bad weather or other circumstances beyond the company's control.
Anything not specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions.”

Payment Policy

Advance Payment: ₹12,000 per booking/person as applicable at the time of confirmation.
Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule and before the journey.
Booking confirmation and hotel/transport arrangements will be processed after receipt of the required advance payment.
Once services are confirmed, cancellation charges will apply according to the supplier's terms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will depend on the cancellation date and the policies of the respective hotels, airlines, transport providers and other service suppliers.
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, late arrival or early departure.
30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charges
21–29 days before departure: 25%
15–20 days before departure: 50%
8–14 days before departure: 75%
0–7 days before departure: 100%
No-show / Early departure: 100%
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of actual cancellation charges.

Important Notes

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather, road conditions, local regulations and operational circumstances.
Shymbulak and Kok Tobe cable car rides are subject to operational conditions and weather.
Hotel check-in/check-out timings will be as per the hotel's standard policy.
Guests are responsible for carrying their passports, travel documents and personal belongings.
Any additional expense incurred due to unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the traveller.
