Payment Policy

₹10,000 per person advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
The advance amount is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
The remaining balance amount must be paid as per the payment schedule provided by Airbender Holidays.
Final payment must be cleared before 12 days of the journey date.
Bookings are subject to confirmation of hotels, flights and other travel services.
Any increase in service cost due to delayed payment or changes requested by the customer may be charged additionally.

Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before departure: 20% of the total package cost will be charged.
21–29 days before departure: 30% of the total package cost will be charged.
15–20 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
08–14 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
01–07 days before departure: 90% of the total package cost will be charged.
No-show or cancellation after departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the airline, hotel and other supplier cancellation policies.
Any non-refundable flight tickets, hotel bookings or special promotional services will be charged separately as per the supplier's terms.

Important Notes

Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
Guests are advised to carry a valid passport and all required travel documents.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to hotel policy.
Room allocation is subject to hotel availability at the time of confirmation.
Sightseeing order may be changed depending on weather, traffic, operational conditions or local circumstances.
Shymbulak and cable car operations are subject to weather and operational conditions.
Mountain areas may experience sudden changes in weather; warm clothing and comfortable footwear are recommended.
Families travelling with children should carry necessary medicines, snacks and other personal requirements.
Any unused services, sightseeing or meals due to personal reasons, late arrival or early departure are generally non-refundable.
Guests must follow local laws, hotel rules and instructions provided by the tour coordinator/driver.
Any additional expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the traveller.
This package is based on the services specifically mentioned above. Anything not mentioned under Inclusions will be considered excluded.
